On Sunday 7th March 2010 we went to watch the Open Working Test at Knowle Hill Game Farm run by Kent, Surrey & Sussex Labrador Retriever Club (KSSLRC).
This was an exciting and enjoyable competition to watch and was very well run by KSSLRC.
The day started with marked and blind retrieves in a stubble field. In the afternoon test were held in a field which was undulated and there were several blinds over stock fencing which proved to be a challenging test for both handlers and dogs alike.
The winner of the Open Test was Ian Ford with Tayforwoods Twist of Lemon, Lab Bitch.
